About Zestlounge

Zestlounge is the blog and feedback forum for the ITC-Welcomgroup chain of hotels. Providing an intimate interaction between the hotels and their guests, Zestlounge offers clear glimpses into the components of luxury through a warm and personalised interface that’s easily accessible from any corner of the world. Our design closely followed the larger ITC Limited Hotels Division ethos, providing a sense of fine indulgence rooted responsibly in Indian experiences.

Addressing the components of luxury, Zestlounge has separate sections for fine dining, culture and heritage, and important events, not to mention the Welcomspeak section for guests to post accounts of their experiences with ITC Hotels. A recently added section also includes direct interaction with Mr. Nakul Anand, the Chief Divisional Officer of ITC Hotels, presenting holistic discussions on the nature of luxury living itself.

The design is uncomplicated, presenting articles simply with an appropriate accompanying image. Caricatured portraits represent each of the blog authors, preceding their respective histories, lending a homely atmosphere to the site. The streaming promotional video on the sidebar provides a context for Zestlounge, clearly presenting the larger ethos of the ITC-Welcomgroup. And, with the Gourmet Guide section hosting information about the various events and offers available at ITC Hotels throughout the month, rounds up all the areas of the site.

Our design focuses entirely on the purpose and intention of Zestlounge, yet simultaneously it gives one as intimate an idea of ITC Hotels as is possible to give through the internet.
